Simply add items to your basket and then proceed through the secure checkout.

UK orders:

Standard card and print orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. In exceptionally busy periods this could be up to 7 days however you will be notfied by email. If an item is required by a specific date (for a birthday etc.) please let me know and I will do my very best to priortise this order for you.

Personalised print orders dispatch time is 2-5 days.

Card only orders are usally sent via Royal Mail second class post.

Print orders will be send via Evri or Royal Mail and a tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.

Returns Policy 

Under the distance selling regulations all items can be returned (in new condition) within 14 days of purchase, providing notfication by email within 7 days. Return postage costs are payable by the customer (unless faulty), please send returns by insured delivery, as items misplaced by the postage system cannot be refunded. Only the value of the goods will be refunded less postage.

Unfortunately, personalised/beposke orders are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.

Please notify me of any damages/faults within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
